Delta Chi Chapter-at-Large
Travel Scholarship Award

The purpose of the Travel Awards is to assist members to make presentations at conferences.

Travel awards, of up to $500 each, or $1000 total for all awards will be awarded April 24, 2008.

Selection criteria include that the applicant:

• Is a member of Delta Chi Chapter-at-Large.
• Has a BSN or higher degree in Nursing or is a nursing student enrolled in a higher degree program in nursing.
• Demonstrates commitment to nursing as a career.

Applications must include: 

• Completed application form.
• Completed Scholarship Agreement for use of travel award. (see PDF file online)
• Copy of abstract for presentation.
• Copy of letter accepting/inviting the presentation.
