NURSE EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Delta Chi Chapter-At-Large is seeking nominations for chapter Nurse Excellence Awards. The awards will be granted to nurses who are members of Delta Chi and meet the criteria listed below. Each recipient will receive an award certificate accompanied by a honorium. Awardees will be honored at the Spring Luncheon, Induction and Awards Ceremony on April 25, 2008.

Excellence in Nursing Practice:

Excellence in Nursing Management:
